CIG 2010/2011 StarCraft RTS AI Competition (Track B)
Ruleset
The tournament will be a tech-limited version of a Starcraft scenario. It requires reasoning at both strategical and tactical level, but omits some of the complexity of a full game (e.g. cloaking and air units). The games are terrans against terrans in 1 versus 1 matches with Fog of war enabled.
The following buildings can be produced:
- Supply Depot
- Refinery
- Barracks
- Academy
- Factory
- Engineering Bay
- Armory
- Bunker
The following units can be produced:
- Marine
- Vulture
- Goliath
- SCV
- Firebat
- Medic
Bots will be randomly paired in 1 versus 1 matches on a randomly selected map. Each game consists of 10 matches on the same map, where the bots will swap sides after each game. The initial starting positions are randomly choosen. The objective is to destroy all enemy buildings.
