Example Input Files for CANADA

DeLaNA files

These are input files for dsg and dsc, written in the Description Language for Nucleic Acids.
dsg_small_pool.dln dsg input file for 4 oligomers with different property restrictions
dsg_big_pool.dln dsg input file for 100 20mers
dsc_RNG.dln dsc input file for a molecular binary random number generator
dsc_4WJ.dln dsc input file for a 4-way junction
dsc_DX.dln dsc input file for a double-crossover motif
     

Configuration file

This file configures dsc.

Sequence pools

These files contain nucleic acid sequences.
example_seqs.txt eight random 20mers
example_seqs_w_IDs.txt the same sequences as in example_seqs.txt, but with extra column containing sequence identifiers

Tables of numbers

These files contain example input for corr_coeff and rank_corr.
corr_example.txt twenty measurements of four variables, with extra row and column containing identifiers
corr_example_data_only.txt as corr_example.txt, but without the identifiers
