PAPER SUBMISSION

PREPARATION OF FINAL PAPERS
The program chairs decided about acceptance and rejection of papers. Now, please prepare the final version for your accepted papers and register for PPSN 2008.

Please carefully revise your manuscript according to the comments of the reviewers.

Please submit the following files through the conference tool:
1st: Pdf file of final paper.
2nd: Archive of all sources required for the final paper INCLUDING a pdf file of the final paper.
3rd: Signed copyright form. Print this document and upload it completed through the conference tool.

Please make sure that your final paper complies with the LNCS style and does not exceed 10 pages.

Please give the paper number of the paper you present in the remarks when you register as presenting author.

Please submit the 3 files and perform the registration as presenting author the latest on June 23, 2008. This due date will not be extended.

MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION
Paper submission closed.

Due to numerous requests the submission due has been extended to April 28, 2008.

QUALITY OF PAPERS
The submitted papers must be original works.
Simultaneous submission to other conferences with published proceedings is not permitted.
Researchers are explicitly encouraged to address statistical validity of their results. Source code and problem instances should be made available on the Internet.
Papers which have been mainly developed by (PhD) students can be marked as student papers in the submission form. This way you can compete for the Best Student Paper Award. You additionally compete for the Best Paper Award automatically.

PAPER FORMAT
Researchers are invited to submit papers of not more than 10 pages. Papers must be formated in LNCS style (see Information for LNCS Authors), and submitted as PDF or PS. Authors are encourage to create their papers with LaTeX.
The authors' names shall not be blinded for the reviewing process.

SUBMISSION TOOL
The paper submission tool is available here.
To be able to submit your paper, first you have to create a new account. Once this is done, you can submit your paper, update it as many times as you wish, or just withdraw it. Please provide sound keywords.

REVIEWING PROCESS
Each paper will be reviewed by at least three members of the Program Committee.

PROCEEDINGS
Like in recent years, all accepted papers will be published as a volume of the series Lecture Notes in Computer Science by Springer.
