In recent years, Computational Intelligence has established itself as a new
approach to Artificial Intelligence. It is less concerned with symbolic
processing of information than with numerical processing. A number of
paradigms form the core of Computational Intelligence, e.g. Neural
Networks, Evolutionary Computation, Fuzzy Logic.
This lecture will select a few of these paradigms and introduce them at a
proper level. Exercises will be held in connection with the CI robotics lab.
Vordiplom.
Will be announced during the course.
