LICENSE FOR CONFTOOL PRO

Please consider that ConfTool Pro has neither a freeware nor an open source
license, although we provide the source code of ConfTool Pro. You have
to prevent that others who are not licensed users get access to the code.
The copyright of ConfTool Pro is held by Harald Weinreich.

The license terms are as follows:
- You may use ConfTool Pro only for the specific event, you got a
  license for. If you have any doubts, if you are licensed to use
  Conftool Pro, please contact me to avoid trouble.
- Don't give the software or parts of it to others without my explicit
  approval.
- Don't use it commercially (no sale of it or parts of the code,
  no use for commercial events).
- Give me feedback (on what can be improved etc.).
- If you improve the tool, please let me have the altered sources so I
  can integrate your improvements into ConfTool or ConfTool Pro.
- You MUST NOT remove the copyright information.
- You use the software "as is" and pass on all warranty claims.

Further terms and conditions:
- You use the software at your own risk! Although, I do not know
  about any bugs or security flaws, I refuse any liability for loss or
  damage caused by ConfTool Pro. If you do not accept this,
  DO NOT USE ConfTool Pro! If you find out about any problems,
  let me know immediately.
- Again: The normal license is a "per-conference-license", i.e., it counts
  for the exact conference, for which you got the license. If you e.g.
  use the software for a subsequent conference, you have to get a new license.
