Advice: It is a good idea to set a bookmark on the web page and/or to login to moodle early. 5. Time is running now. Limit: 90 minutes. Advice: Set an alarm clock. 6. As the password is long, you should copy & paste it to the password field in the PDF file. 7. Enter matriculation number, name, and study program on the first page. The form fields in the PDF are indicated by a light blue color. 8. Answer the questions by filling the fields in light blue color. 9. After 90 minutes: Stop writing! There will be some action on the zoom screen to catch your attention. 10. You may now seal your exam file. There is a good German/English instruction how to do that (read and try it well ahead of the exam): https://www.isc.uni-muenchen.de/files/allgemein/digital_signieren.pdf After you have sealed your exam, no further changes can be made! 11. Save the sealed PDF exam file with your answers. 12. Send the stored PDF file by email (unimal account) with subject "CI exam " to Guenter.Rudolph@tu-dortmund.de Replace with your matriculation number. The exams should arrive at latest 30 min. after the end of the exam. 13. Watch the zoom session. In the order of the incoming emails we shall move you to a Zoom breakout room where we shall check your identity (have your student ID or immatriculation certificate with other type of ID ready). Here, we shall also confirm the arrival and readability of the exam. 14. Leave the Zoom session. If you have relevant questions during the exam: Write "Q" in the chat and in the order of the incoming requests we shall move you to a breakout room. If you have technical problems (e.g. internet): Try to document the problem (e.g. screenshot, photo with mobile phone, etc.), especially if you run out of time to transmit your exam file. Contact the professor by email, if necessary, after technical problems are fixed.
